1992 - I had been introduced to Liverpool singer, Denise Harry, who came to visit me at the studio. After many hours chatting and getting to know each other a little, I began to improvise some music and Denise jammed along with some hook lines. This 'studio jam' is the result of the continuous day and night session. It was also the beginning of a long and productive relationship between us, which lasted for many years under the group name Elate. Denise and I worked really well together. She was very open minded and willing to experiment endlessly and I love that when I collaborate with people. You can hear all the Elate songs in the R&B/Downtempo area of this discography.
