1989 - After leaving WEA (long story), we released our second single independently on our own label – TJ Records (Not very imaginative. I know!) – featuring Liverpool session singer Natalie James. Building on experiences gained with 'Houseplan', we began to promote this new single up and down the country in specialist record stores and HMV shops, in addition to mailing out promo copies to nightclub and radio DJ's across the country. All this hard work paid off as the track began appearing in DJ Magazine Club Charts and was receiving heavy rotation on the UK's Independent Radio Stations, especially on Liverpool's Radio City.
